About the school. A modern concept of language teaching

Since 1988 we have aimed to provide top quality teaching which is permanently adapted to new teaching methods.

Our success is based on the following points:

• A methodology that recognises language as an instrument of communication.
• Individually orientated teaching that acknowledges the specific needs of each student.
• Continued updating of the latest teaching trends within the field of language learning.
• Continued updating and renewal of teaching material and resources.

Throughout these last 19 years, the contributions of over 5000 students of different nationalities have helped us to improve and widen the range of courses that we provide.

The Colegio Iberico is situated in the historic heart of Salamanca, 5 minutes walk away from the main square, which is the social and cultural centre of life in Salamanca.

At the Colegio Ibérico we also impart language classes to local students from Salamanca, which provides the opportunity for language exchanges between our Spanish and international students.

Our teachers

All of the teachers at the Colegio Iberico are university graduates and have at least 10 years experience in the field. In addition to this, in order to become part of our team we have not only taken into account each teacher’s training and experience but also their teaching ability and enthusiasm, essential qualities for efficient and successful teaching.
