The qualification certifies that the student can cope in the majority of situations that could arise in a Spanish speaking country, and possesses a certain level of fluency which facilitates normal interaction with native speakers.

Level B1

This qualification certifies an intermediate knowledge of the Spanish language, equivalent to the European Reference Framework B2. At this level the student can interact with a native speaker with an adequate degree of fluency and normality. They can understand the main ideas of complex texts and produce clear, detailed texts on general subjects. 

 Level B2

This qualification certifies that the student has a level close to that of a native speaker. Equivalent to the European Reference Framework C2. At this level, the student can understand with ease practically everything they read or hear. They can express themselves spontaneously, with great fluency and with a level of precision that allows them to differentiate fine nuances in meaning, even in more complex situations. Obtaining this qualification guarantees full integration of the student in a Spanish speaking country.
